We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to help drive our on premise and cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure our software products are delivered with high reliability, scalability, and security. If you’re passionate about automating processes, optimizing infrastructure in supporting the safer gambling space, this role is for you.
As part of our development team you’ll work with problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Our Interview Process
Initial Phone or Video Interview
In this initial stage, you’ll meet with our hiring team, who will outline our interview process and share insights about our business, mission and vision. They’ll provide details about the role, the team you may potentially join, and the work environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have. This is a great chance for us to learn more about you, your motivations, experiences, and whether we’re a good fit for each other.
Meet Your Potential Manager or Team Leader
Next, you’ll engage directly with the person you would report to. This meeting will focus on discussing your qualification, experiences and if there is fit within the team and the specific expectations of the role.
Complete a Task and Meet the Team
At this stage, you may be asked to complete a relevant task that reflects the type of work you might be doing. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to meet some of the broader team members and colleagues you would collaborate with, giving you a sense of the team dynamics.
Receive an Offer of Employment
If everything goes well, we’ll extend a formal offer of employment. At this point, we’ll provide any further necessary details and address any final questions you may have.

Ideally the candidate for this position would reside in the Greater Halifax area, but given our national recruitment strategy, we welcome and may consider applications from other Canadian regions.
